I am very excited because this Saturday myself and a friend are going on a beginners cake course. It's only going to last 3 hours, and the 'blurb' says;
"During three hours, cream together mixing and layer-cutting skills with decorative work like making sugar flowers and writing, leaving you with a seven-inch cake to take home"
So I'm not sure exactly what we're going to learn but I am really excited to find out! I will post pics after I have done it! I have never been on any cake courses at all, so maybe this will inspire me to do more courses and learn things properly?!
