My latest cake was for a friend's 30th birthday! There was only one requirement from his fiancée, which was to put a monkey on the cake as that is his nickname!
I had never made a 2 tiered cake before, so I am pretty happy with how this turned out!

The monkey was made of chocolate sugarpaste which I mixed with CMC powder to make it into modelling paste.
